Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for a service?
Choose a package on the service page and pay online through Paystack, which accepts Nigerian debit cards, bank transfer and USSD. Right after payment you tell us about your order and upload your documents, then you can send us your order summary on WhatsApp.
Do I need an account to order?
No. If you order without logging in, we create a free SchoolGateHub account with your email so you can track your order and download your files, and email you a link to set your password.
How will I receive my finished work?
Your files are uploaded to your private order page, and we email you when they are ready. Only you and our service team can download them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if we miss the promised delivery date. Your order page shows the date your work is due once you pay. If it has not been delivered by then, you can request a full refund from your order page. Refunds are not offered for work delivered on time; use your included revisions instead.
Do you guarantee jobs, admission or scholarships?
No. We improve the quality of your documents and your preparation, but decisions are made by employers, institutions and scholarship providers.
