3. Investigation & Resolution Workflow

Once a correction report is received by our desk, the following steps are executed:

Step 1: Receipt & Initial Review (Within 24 Hours)

The designated channel editor reviews the submitted claim and cross-references it with the official institutional repository or regulatory portal.

Step 2: Fact Verification & Update (Within 48 Hours)

If the report is verified, the article is immediately corrected in the database. The "Last Updated" timestamp is refreshed to show users the most current state of the information.

Step 3: Material Correction Note
