1. Independent Educational Status
SchoolGateHub is an independent digital educational portal operated solely for informational, guidance, and research purposes.
SchoolGateHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any official capacity with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the National Examinations Council (NECO), the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB), the National Universities Commission (NUC), the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), the Federal Ministry of Education, or any individual university, polytechnic, or college of education in Nigeria.
2. Trademarks and Intellectual Property of Statutory Bodies
All registered names, logos, abbreviations, badges, and trademarks mentioned across SchoolGateHub (including but not limited to JAMB, UTME, CAPS, WAEC, NECO, NYSC, and specific university names) remain the sole intellectual property of their respective statutory bodies and institutions. Their mention on this website is strictly for identification, reference, and informational analysis under fair use principles.
3. Informational Nature & No Warranty of Admission
While our research team makes every effort to verify information from primary publications, gazettes, and official school portals, higher education admission policies, departmental cut-off marks, screening timetables, tuition fees, and registration deadlines are subject to change at any moment by the respective institutional senates and examination bodies.
The information provided on SchoolGateHub does not constitute a formal guarantee or offer of admission, scholarship award, or employment. Prospective candidates must confirm current guidelines directly on the official portals of their respective institutions or examination bodies before making financial or academic commitments.
4. Fraud & Anti-Scam Advisory
SchoolGateHub will never solicit money from candidates or parents for admission processing, JAMB score upgrades, Post-UTME special slots, or direct university placements. Any individual claiming to represent SchoolGateHub and requesting payments into personal bank accounts is a scammer. We strongly advise candidates to report such solicitations to law enforcement and avoid making unauthorized third-party transfers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SchoolGateHub, its authors, editors, or operators be held liable for any loss, delay, damages, or inconvenience resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the information contained on this website. Users rely on all published guides and calculators entirely at their own discretion.
